The service rep Christian was fantastic! He went above and beyond spending 2 days a multiple hours to figure out the probables with my stove to get it working properly! Fingers crossed it will work great from here!

Great guy. Honest and sincere. I don’t have much respect for big firms and the bigwigs whose objective is just to make money and grow bigger. I do care about the hard working field technicians who work hard in this terrible heat to keep customer’s homes cool. These hardworking people like Alex who came to fix my AC deserve all the respect and credit. Five stars to this hardworking man.
