Stanley was great! He got here earlier as expected. He said it was time for him to take his lunch but he wants to get going on it so asked if he could head over so of course we said yes. He got to work and found the problem right away. He didn’t have the part so he called for it to be brought to him but did the work he could while waiting. He got the part and fixed it and then cleaned up and was on his way. He did a great job.

The technician who diagnosed my ice maker problem quickly determined the cause of the problem & remedied the situation so that it is now functioning properly. One area of this transaction, however, could have been a LOT MORE CONVENIENT: I was given a "window" in which the technician would arrive for my repair of 8:00am to 5:00pm! such a wide range of 9 HOURS precludes anyone from being able to schedule other important activities away from the home & is therefore very inconvenient. The "Window" would be far more reasonable at three hours as most all other contractors prescribe. As it happened, the technician arrived at 9:00am so I was able to do other important activities, but they could not be scheduled in advance due to the full day of 9 hours I was given that I had to be at home & available!
