This service tech is the rudest person in the tech field I have ever experienced. Only is condescending to the customer and then is rude when leaves. If you see this mans picture, reject it immediaty and as for someone with people skills as well as tech skills. I doubt they are any better than his terrible example of a human being. Poor, poor and poor. If there was a zero I would have put that!!!!

took 6 weeks to do the job including no show appointments 2 times, wrong parts ordered 3 times, parts not arriving before next scheduled appt 3 times, 8 appointments in total. Choice refused to replace oven after technician recommended replacement when parts did not work for repair. Both CHW and Sears are horrible companies to work with, and I will not be using either in the future.
