He thought it was fixed, but the temperature is not right. To get a temperature of 350 we have to set it at 395 or higher. And it isn't consistent. He was friendly and worked hard, but there still is a problem

I had a repair guy come out today. He damaged the side of dryer! 🤬 To your response. That phone number doesn't help. Joseph told me I can talk to a real person. Same with your website. 🤬

they were contracted through my home warranty company and stopped showing up. came three times and ordered parts for each visit although when the third part came there were two no call no shows, followed by another two cancellations from Sears halfway through the day. Given that the arrival window is 8-3 that is significant. service was fine when they showed up. I have now been contracted to a new company through much effort on my part, and they still keep rescheduling appointments through their portal saying that I have to cancel with the warranty company, which I have. I guess I’ll see how this all plays out. Oh and everything is run by AI and a cheap one at that and they only have canned questions you can ask to get canned answers. None of which are “status update on my tech“ or “why isnt my tech showing up” 0/10 stars

I scheduled an appointment to have my oven fixed. The tech came out. She seemed to be guessing about the issue, and told me it would be $800 to fix. I paid, but then did a few minutes of researched which showed this was way expensive than it should be. Cancelled the appointment for repair within 30 minutes of tech leaving. They mailed me the replacement part anyway and sis not refund the $800. Tried calling but automated system makes it almost impossible to reach anyone. Finally got an Indian call center. She said she would send me a UPS label via email. Asked when I would get a refund for the labor. She kept saying I needed to call back after I sent the item back? Never received a label. Based on other reviews there is no physical location?

This place is a scam. They're not even located at this address. They sent a repairman out, who wasn't able to actually diagnose my washing machine. He said it was either a motor or a circuit board and I could pay $550 for one repair but if that wasn't it I would have to pay for a the other part to be replaced for another $700. He then immediately went into trying to sell me a home warranty, which would require me claiming the machine was working, and then call in 30 days to report a claim. I told him get out. Called the hotline back to complain that I didn't actually receive a diagnostic and wanted my money back. They transferred me around and I ended up talking to 6 different people before having to go to my bank to submit a fraud claim. I tried going to the location listed on their website and on the receipts and it was an exotic car dealership. When I asked the hotline for the actual address they hung up on me. I'll also be filing a report with the BBB and the local licensing agency that oversees handyman repair services.
