Tech was very efficent on the job. Appointment was delayed 3 times and finally tech arrived 3 hrs after his time estimate. I was informed by email of each delay however.

Service Technician Mr. Dennis care, professionalism, dedication to a job well done are examplary. To get Dennis to my home (I have known him for over 15 years) was incredibly frustrating. The automated Sears prompts are horrible. When able to speak with a human-significat language barrier. But I digress. Dennis work is perfection and I highly recommend him by name to work on your appliances.
