Joanna was professional, identifying the problem with my water softener quickly. She was honest informing me the costs of replacement parts & labor would exceed the cost of a new, similar water softener. Since the water softener is still working, even though the display panel isn’t, I will wait to get a new one until my current one ceases to operate. Thank you, Joanna!
