Service Technician Mr. Dennis care, professionalism, dedication to a job well done are examplary. To get Dennis to my home (I have known him for over 15 years) was incredibly frustrating. The automated Sears prompts are horrible. When able to speak with a human-significat language barrier. But I digress. Dennis work is perfection and I highly recommend him by name to work on your appliances.

Very nice man, fixed my washer and was gone. Don't ever get Choice home warranty, they are a rip off, I went for 3 months with no oven over Thanksgiving and Christmas because they couldn't get an ignighter, told me to find someone, I did the guy used to be a Sears guy and had one on his truck. Sent the receipts to Choice and they refused to pay. I will call Sears from now on. Thank you.
