The repair process took two weeks due to 2 separate trips. First trip to confirm that what I had detailed in my claim and the second trip to install the parts that were ordered to fix the issue. The process would have been quicker if the parts were ordered prior to the first trip out to diagnos the issue. Why ask the customer what's wrong and what error codes your appliance is throwing if all you're going to do is come out and diagnose it anyway. Total waste of time in my opinion. Don't get me wrong, our service tech was very polite and fixed our appliance. The process is what needs to be fixed.
