My Technician asked several questions to have a better idea what the problem might be. He kept me updated on his arrival time and he was very thorough and his process of checking the problem. He also was very clear and his explanation of what the problem was and that the fridge is now fixed. I would definitely use his service and Sears home services again if needed.
