He got the noise to stop and it wasn’t leaking when he left, however he was looking in my dryer, which was not his business and still evasive about you guys charging me $100 to say the disposal didn’t work because he doesn’t think you are going to replace it. I told him I want to terminate business with you and you company effective immediately. Sears SUCKS! They charged me for 3 months. It started leaking AGAIN the next day and after 3 months they NEVER FIXED OR REPLACED the leaking washer and would NOT refund the $100 for the disposal they would not fix. Their service is the worst!! Three months of dealing with them and they NEVER completed the job just took $400 and the washer was on sale for $398 COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT AND A WORTHLESS SERVICE!! Meyer’s here in Clovis are much better!!

Waited all day for repairman just to have A.I. assisant text me and ask to reschedule to sit around and repeat the process. Updated: 9 May 2025 They apologized and rescheduled. Then once again failed to complete the appointment. At least, this time, they didnt wait until 5pm.

The worst! We have been dealing with the Sears repair center for about a month. First apt Aug 8th, he called asked what it was doing ordered a part without coming to look at it. Aug 12. Part hadn't arrived moved appt to Aug 15. Aug 15 no show. Next appt Aug 20 finally showed up at 5pm. Ordered a new water valve and said he would be back in a week to take it all apart instead of trying to install the first part that he ordered. Aug 27th no show Aug 28th no show. Aug 29th finally showed up. Took the whole thing apart finally installed all the things he ordered. Said ok it's working leaves. I go run a wash and what do you guess???... it doesn't freaking work. Now we get to wait until next Friday for someone to come back. Can't call him or the numbers I have for them to see if he can come back. NO HELP.

Technician, Bill, refused to remove the dishwasher to work on it. Claimed he didn't have access to the home warranty company but told my wife he only gets paid for 30 minutes work so didn't have time to remove it. Imagine taking your car for an oil change and being told you need to do all the work except taking off and putting on the filter. If I wanted to do 90% of the of the work I would do the job myself. On top of that Sears agreed that the tech should do the whole job, and requested dispatch call us three different times and the tech claimed he would have them call and they never did. It "would take too long" to do the whole job, never mind the 15-20 wasted hours on our side as the customer. Home warranty company sends a second repair guy and he has it out in 5 minutes and fixed in 30.
