Juan is very thorough and knowledgeable. Very considerate of customer and polite. Vs other techs from sears who are all in for themselves and profiting for their business while setting up their own business Does not pay attention to customer complaints just like being unable to connect with live person at sears . I have been with them 30 years and I have never seen horrible customer service and at thst unable to connect with anyone or make a complaint I have had multiple interactions with Juan . He is pleasant and thorough Thank you Jaun

He is thorough .connects with you for follow up and pleasant unlike most other techs from sears who don't even address the problem and tells you they don't have time need to reschedule. Also they are setting up their own side business and bankrupting sears for their gains

Jim showed up promptly & quickly diagnosed the problem: I had accidentally hit the Lock button! No repair needed. He was kind. He also changed the filter. He gave me information on how to order new replacement racks (upper and lower racks) for my Sears Kenmore Elite Dushwasher installed in September 2017. Thank you, Jim!
