Used this company today the technician Karl was the nicest man knowledgeable professional. Can't say enough good things about him. Used a company called abco previously horrible experience stay away!

Had a great experience with this company. Had an initial technician, Karl, come out to diagnose the problem and order the part. Then two technicians came out today to fix my oven, John and Frank. All three technicians were professional, friendly, very knowledgeable, had great communication and kept me updated with approximate arrival time and my oven was fixed in no time. It was a pleasure to work with this company and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Our appliance could not be saved but the serviceman gave us several valuable options.

I can't possibly say enough good things about my tech, Daniel! Dan is warm, friendly, caring, extremely knowledgeable, and goes way above the call of duty to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied. Dan is without exaggeration the best service tech I have ever dealt with for service. Dan is an example of what all service techs should aspire too and he should be used as a trainer to teach all new and current Sears technicians.

John O is the tech who always handles our furnace/ac needs. He is thorough, professional and very personable.

Service rep who took information did not tell me to keep applicance plugged in during the 6 day wait for service so first service call was wasted. Second scheduled service call was a no show and impossible to talk to a person or get any details on what was happening. The customer interface sucks. (especially with a service window of 8 am to 5 pm--- lost a day of work for nothing) The third call was professional and he ordered parts. The fourth visit was professionally handled and the repair made.
