I can't possibly say enough good things about my tech, Daniel! Dan is warm, friendly, caring, extremely knowledgeable, and goes way above the call of duty to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied. Dan is without exaggeration the best service tech I have ever dealt with for service. Dan is an example of what all service techs should aspire too and he should be used as a trainer to teach all new and current Sears technicians.

Service rep who took information did not tell me to keep applicance plugged in during the 6 day wait for service so first service call was wasted. Second scheduled service call was a no show and impossible to talk to a person or get any details on what was happening. The customer interface sucks. (especially with a service window of 8 am to 5 pm--- lost a day of work for nothing) The third call was professional and he ordered parts. The fourth visit was professionally handled and the repair made.

The worst appliance repair company. They have committed fraud by setting over 3 appointments in a span of 3 weeks and 2 of them the technician closed the work order out at the end of day and never showed up. I waited all day for someone to show up both times and get emails that technician has showed up, then immediately getting an estimate that said I approved (which I did not), and then closing the work order like they were here. Called Sears both times and they brushed it off and wanted to re-schedule a 4th time. Asked for a supervisor and still waiting to hear back. I am preparing all the text and email paper trail to send to the Better Business Bureau. This has to be against the law to say you were here servicing my appliance, faking an approval, them closing out ticket like you just did the work.
