Frank was wonderful. He was on time for both visits. He was able to diagnose the problem the first visit and order the necessary part. He scheduled his return visit as quickly as possible. He returned today and patiently dismantled the broken part and replaced it with the new one. Frank suggested I run the Clean cycle for the washing machine before placing clothing in the machine. I would NOT have thought to do that, and I appreciate the advice given. Frank was a pleasure to have in my home and I would rely on him again should I have an additional issue. Margo Kunze

My washer was not cleaning the clothes. Not only were they courteous and proficient on the phone, they came the same day replaced 2 parts, 1 they had delivered from another service truck in the area, it was fixed the very day I called & under warranty. You can’t get any better service than that! I am very happy.

The tech arrived on time. He was very thorough. He completed the job and gave us a very detailed explanation of how to use the washer/dryer and extend their life cycle. He was very good!!!

The technician arrived on time, was very professional and courteous and, after repairing our dryer, offered great advice on maintaining our machine as well as tips for doing laundry! We really liked him a lot and if we had our choice would have him out for any future repairs needed.
