Used last year and this year! Same tech, great guy, knows his stuff! Very pleased!

The tech arrived on time. He was very thorough. He completed the job and gave us a very detailed explanation of how to use the washer/dryer and extend their life cycle. He was very good!!!

The technician arrived on time, was very professional and courteous and, after repairing our dryer, offered great advice on maintaining our machine as well as tips for doing laundry! We really liked him a lot and if we had our choice would have him out for any future repairs needed.

Used this company today the technician Karl was the nicest man knowledgeable professional. Can't say enough good things about him. Used a company called abco previously horrible experience stay away!

Had a great experience with this company. Had an initial technician, Karl, come out to diagnose the problem and order the part. Then two technicians came out today to fix my oven, John and Frank. All three technicians were professional, friendly, very knowledgeable, had great communication and kept me updated with approximate arrival time and my oven was fixed in no time. It was a pleasure to work with this company and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Dan is warm, friendly, caring, extremely knowledgeable, and goes way above the call of duty to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied. Dan is without exaggeration the best service tech I have ever dealt with for service. Dan is an example of what all service techs should aspire too and he should be used as a trainer to teach all new and current Sears technicians.

John O is the tech who always handles our furnace/ac needs. He is thorough, professional and very personable.
