I am happy with the service provided. We had two different technicians. One came out and diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. When the part was delivered, Sears reached out and offered to come out earlier than originally scheduled. The second technician was also prompt and courteous. All together a very reasonable and pleasant experience. It was not an inexpensive interaction but I felt in the end it was a value.
