Dryer repair
I feel part of my service should have included a cleaning of the vent tube; It did not. The problem was a clogged vent. The repairman did tell me he felt this was the problem. My husband and I purchased new went tubing and fixed it ourselves. Thank you for the diagnosis. So an expensive service with no repair. I feel Sears just wants to push their warranty program.

This was for my elderly mother's home. The technician was nice according to her but when receiving the estimate, it gave no details on what the parts and repairs were for? So, I had her decline it. As of now, we still do not know what the problem is to rectify the problem.

Didn't fix the problem
Brian replaced a sensor and said that was the problem. I ran the dishwasher (empty, no dishes) and 20 minutes into the cycle, I got the same error code that I've been getting, which is FTD, failure to drain.

Refrigerator Repair Review
I having no rating to give. Because the scheduled Repair Man NEVER showed up. Was told they would be here 12-17-2024, between 8am and 5pm. Stayed home all day and cancelled other appoints. They NEVER showed up. Why have a warranty??? Would not recommend Sears Repair that they assigned to come.
