David was timely, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns about the dryer and proceeded to address the issue. David is with a & e. I have never had any issues with a & e technicians. I highly recommend them and actually prefer them over other outsourced vendors that you use. Thank you for assigning David to my service call.

David was very knowledgeable about the appliance and the protection plans. He offered to come 4 days before the next scheduled appointment to complete the repair since the part arrived early. That was very much appreciated. His partner was also very knowledgeable about the appliance and the repair.
