I was pleased with my repairman. He spent a lot of time making sure the problem was fixed. The only complaint I have is that Sears gives you a window of 8-5. Since I was the last call, I think it would have been considerate to say 1-5 so I didn't have to stay home all day. As it is, he came at 6:15pm.

Bryan was an excellent technician. His this third time examining the dishwasher he found the problem. The previous times he ran the dishwasher but it did not leak. He did a great job and explained everything he was doing. good man.

The technician, Bryan, gets my 5 star rating. However, I do not recommend Sears home appliance repair due to the fact that communication is only with AI ChatBot. When attempting to use the chat feature, the user is required to choose from menu options, and there was not an option to type in a question or a topic other than what was offered in the menu. The process to determine what was wrong with my DW took 4 visits. The initial $ 129 service fee is guaranteed for 30 days if the same issue arises. The ChatBot not only was not adhering to this policy, but also relayed the date of an appointment incorrect, even though the confirmation of my visit was posted to my text message with the correct date. The technician, Bryan, was very patient while the issue needed to be visualized before attempting to order any parts, hence, the multiple visits necessary before the issue was able to be reproduced.
