I was pleased with my repairman. He spent a lot of time making sure the problem was fixed. The only complaint I have is that Sears gives you a window of 8-5. Since I was the last call, I think it would have been considerate to say 1-5 so I didn't have to stay home all day. As it is, he came at 6:15pm.
