Courteous and respectful

Bryan was very professional, courteous, and work quickly. He clearly explained why my dishwasher wasn’t turning on and the next steps to repair it (i.e., fixing the wiring issue or contacting an electrician). Excellent customer service for a dishwasher diagnostic. However, and this is not Bryan’s fault, I made it very clear to the phone scheduler to not have the technician arrive until after 1pm up to 5pm. She understood and said she would put that information in the notes. Bryan was unaware of my request and arrived shortly after 8am. Thankfully, everything worked out.
