Our Sears Craftsman snowblower was not starting. David got it started with some adjustment of starter. He determined that equipment did not require major repair or parts replacement, but better maintenance.

David was very polite and got the job done quickly and efficiently. However, when the part came in early and Sears sent offers to come in early, the schedule link that was sent was not interactive and I could not schedule an earlier time, and I did try multiple times. Technician was knowledgeable and quick to fix the problem. However, not being able to reach a person to schedule the appointment follow up on the time window, which is the entire day as well as keep the customer up-to-date on the most recent arrival time was very much lacking.
