The guys were great but the charges are ridiculous! You charged me almost $177. For a part that came from Amazon that I could have ordered myself for $29.98 that is absolutely ridiculous and it took them 15 minutes to install & it cost over $300. For labor! I will never use you again or recommend you. I will be leaving a negative review on Google. The guys were great but your pricing is insane.

The technician was great but the fact that you don't carry parts in your trucks is absurd! 15 days without a fridge because you had to order parts is ridiculous.

Absolutely obscene rates. My Maytag electric dryer stopped working. I called Sears for a diagnosis in hopes they could fix it. The technicians determined it needed a new motor and would charge $650 to replace the motor only. I couldn’t justify the cost of repair as a new dryer would cost me $600 delivered and installed. I looked up the cost of a new motor to consider doing the repair myself, and found a new motor from an appliance parts retailer for $75. I ultimately purchased a motor via Amazon for $56 as well as a new drum gasket for $15. In reviewing the estimate Sears was charging me $218 for the motor, an additional $72 for a fan, and $299 for labor. Suffice to say, Sears is the last company I’ll call to repair any of my appliances in the future. That kind of markup is obscene.

Brian was pleasant, but unable to troubleshoot the problem. Said it was too difficult to get to the board. He guessed it was a circuit board that is not available and told me to buy a new stove. I took it apart today myself and found it was the reset button that was pulled back from the front panel. I paid $139 for nothing. I give Brian 5 stars for personality, but 1 star for troubleshooting.

If I could give this place a one star, I would don’t waste your time with the service company. They suck. I scheduled my appointment yesterday from 8 to 5. The technician came. He moved my oven, picked up his tools and left and told my mother that he will be right back, but instead he left They tried scamming us for $1000 to repair it and he made my mother put back the oven by herself they told us they couldn’t do anything because the parts were dismantled terrible company. I don’t recommend them at all. I rescheduled the appointment again today. I don’t have an oven for Thanksgiving Because they screwed me, terrible technician do not go with this company. They are all scammers.

This is the second time this repairman has been to my home to fix my 1.5 year old whirlpool washer. The first time I had an 8a-12p window and the repairman called and said he would arrive at 2pm and stated he was really busy. Second time my appointment window was 1p-5p. He arrived at 6:15p. I understand he is a hardworking man however, timeframes are provided and selected based on everyone’s schedule. I felt it was a lack of respect on his part. No apology, no acknowledgment. During the first appointment while diagnosing problem he had my washer leaning up against a bifold door and I asked please don’t do that I don’t want the door to break - his response was it is fine. So to make sure my door was not damaged I had to hold leaning washer while he drained it of its water. Incidentally I had to proved the repairman of a bucket and towels to make sure water did not get everywhere. Very disappointed!
