If I could give this place a one star, I would don’t waste your time with the service company. They suck. I scheduled my appointment yesterday from 8 to 5. The technician came. He moved my oven, picked up his tools and left and told my mother that he will be right back, but instead he left They tried scamming us for $1000 to repair it and he made my mother put back the oven by herself they told us they couldn’t do anything because the parts were dismantled terrible company. I don’t recommend them at all. I rescheduled the appointment again today. I don’t have an oven for Thanksgiving Because they screwed me, terrible technician do not go with this company. They are all scammers.

This is the second time this repairman has been to my home to fix my 1.5 year old whirlpool washer. The first time I had an 8a-12p window and the repairman called and said he would arrive at 2pm and stated he was really busy. Second time my appointment window was 1p-5p. He arrived at 6:15p. I understand he is a hardworking man however, timeframes are provided and selected based on everyone’s schedule. I felt it was a lack of respect on his part. No apology, no acknowledgment. During the first appointment while diagnosing problem he had my washer leaning up against a bifold door and I asked please don’t do that I don’t want the door to break - his response was it is fine. So to make sure my door was not damaged I had to hold leaning washer while he drained it of its water. Incidentally I had to proved the repairman of a bucket and towels to make sure water did not get everywhere. Very disappointed!

This company is so good that no one answers the phone. And everything is automated to steal your time. The only message I received after scheduling the service was: “… 8:00am-5:00pm. Your Technician will call you in the morning with an estimated time of arrival”. So I waited for 30 days, took my day off to pay attention to whatever was needed. Then the unfortunate technician did not call me as promised. He simply arrived at my house at 8:00am sharp, rang the ring and left in 4min. I understand that the technician's time is expensive to wait for 4min. But it is much more unfair to leave my beautiful, wonderful and anxious wife waiting for the day her washing machine is fixed. Who is going to recover the emotional damage from a huge frustration on a Saturday at 8am? Who is going to reimburse the losses from a day off generated in 4min? The Sears Services MF brand emerged due to the professionalism and dedication of its technicians. If this technician is really as good as his impatience in waiting to be greeted at the door, congratulations, he is the one to ruin people's day. I spent 10 min to write this review and I hope it is not more expensive than the price of a good service.

FRAUD!! Do not use. We were charged for full service in May, $500, and no one showed up for the repair. We tried to reschedule multiple times, and no one showed up. We’ve been trying to get a refund, and after calling every 2 weeks for 3 months and waiting on the phone for an hour and then having to re explain the situation to someone in a call center for an hour that reads a script every time, they keep telling us we will get a refund in 2 weeks. They also told our credit card company they would issue a refund. Complete scam - should be investigated by BBB and shut down! Will take legal action. FRAUD!

Terrible service! Paid for the work $499 and no one ever showed up. Never get a response and disputing the payment. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone again!! Extremely disappointed and unprofessional!

While Jason ( my tech ) was fabulous, on time, did the work and explained that a part required for my service wasn't 'on his truck' and 'ordered the part to be delivered' for 'customer install' - which I was perfectly capable of doing - Unfortunately that's where the good service ends. Part was NOT delivered. Calling Sears results in me being forwarded to 'Priya' in.. I assume somewhere in India, who utterly failed to understand the problem, or give a viable solution. The ONLY solution she was able to provide was to schedule a *re-service* - which I explained wasn't going to have the desired result ( part on hand ) but she insisted on running through her 'script' and ultimately I decided to let it ride out. Lo! The same tech turned up.. Wondering what was up, and I explained all the above to him. Yup, 'outsourcing' strikes again. It's absolutely ridiculous that in this day and age one cannot simply 'explain the issue' and get a simple part delivered for customer to install WITHOUT engaging a tech who cannot interact with the customer service rep / scheduling. The final resolution? Tech gave me the part number, showed me where to buy it on Amazon, and then cancelled the part order from Sears. Moronic in the extreme, it's a wonder you're still in business.

Absolute scam. They quoted $1015 to repair my $600 washing machine. I can get a brand new top of the line unit installed for free for less money. Tech was cool and agreed that it makes no sense. Waste of $119. Find someone local or just buy a new one, don't use these big companies that just want to extract money from you.
