Had a scheduled repair for a refrigerator for June 12th. They gave me a time window of 8AM-5PM. So I took the day off of work. They continually pushed the day of window from 11 to 1 to 3. Then cancelled my appointment at 4:45 and gave me a reschedule date for July 2nd. It was almost impossible to get in touch with someone to try and get a sooner date and when I did they told me there was nothing they could do.

I told the tech the problem and showed that water is dripping through the furnace while AC is running. Told me that the sump pump was working and tried to blow some air in the pipes but did not solve the problem. I still have water dripping and causing flooding in the basement when AC is running.

I have been trying to call to try and get a hold of someone but haven't been able to get a single person on a line. The automated service is useless. I booked an appointment for 4/24 and never got contacted or heard back. The automated service says that I'm getting a text to my phone confirming everything, but that text never comes. No one ever contacted me or showed up even though my service was "confirmed". I'm just trying to get a hold of someone and be contacted so that the maintenance on my appliance takes place. Would be more than happy to take down this review once contacted. I'm just trying to get a hold of someone and have run out of options on how to do so.

Fit it all are horrible I don’t know why GE has a contract with them. They give you the runaround don’t call you back. First they came and told me they had to order the parts and that they would call me back to schedule another appointment and after three weeks of not hearing from them I called and they told me they were waiting on GE I called GE and then after they gave the runaround to the person who was on the phone with them from GE they went and told her that my case was closed, which they didn’t say in the beginning, then they told me that they were waiting on GE to approve something. GE said that they told them that there was nothing wrong. So it was a lot of he said she said and nothing done except waste my time. Lies and laziness is all I got from them and I’m calling to understand why after telling me they needed parts THEY are no saying nothing is wrong. HORRIBLE service definitely don’t recommend and be careful with “great” reviews because many companies pay people to write good reviews. I am sorry but this company is horrible and I can’t see how they got any good reviews unless they are paid for.

Dryer repair - 600 dollars for a 34 dollar part. Diagnostic fees was listening to the appliance for 60 seconds. Don't be fooled. Appliance cleaning was looking at my lint catcher.
