The very reason why I called Sears technician was because I knew I was going to get a technician who was an expert and knew what they were doing. Nick was superb in his novice expertise along with great customer service. I wish more technicians were like him. Please give this guy a raise! So deserves to be put up on a pedestal. Sears should be very proud to have him on their team! Thank-you Nick!
