unfortunately the original install date had to be postponed because the part was labeled as "on order" when it was actually delivered weeks ago. Otherwise the installer was great.

Mohan, the refrigerator tech, was helpful, knowledgeable and quick. He knew what he was doing, did it well and offered advice on keeping the refrigerator in good shape. He was a joy to have. I give him a 5. Your scheduling department I would give a 1. They were courteous so i give them a 1, but the scheduling was never right, Neither the times nor the instructions I gave as to the problem.
