Bruce was very good and thorough. My only complaint is that my appointment was between 8-12 and he arrived at 1:00. Luckily i had nothing planned for the day.

Our Sears Craftsman snowblower was not starting. David got it started with some adjustment of starter. He determined that equipment did not require major repair or parts replacement, but better maintenance.

David was very polite and got the job done quickly and efficiently. However, when the part came in early and Sears sent offers to come in early, the schedule link that was sent was not interactive and I could not schedule an earlier time, and I did try multiple times.
