Our Sears Craftsman snowblower was not starting. David got it started with some adjustment of starter. He determined that equipment did not require major repair or parts replacement, but better maintenance.

David was very polite and got the job done quickly and efficiently. However, when the part came in early and Sears sent offers to come in early, the schedule link that was sent was not interactive and I could not schedule an earlier time, and I did try multiple times. So: David👍, Sears schedule link 👎.

Technician was knowledgeable and quick to fix the problem. However, not being able to reach a person to schedule the appointment follow up on the time window, which is the entire day as well as keep the customer up-to-date on the most recent arrival time was very much lacking.

The guys were great but the charges are ridiculous! You charged me almost $177. For a part that came from Amazon that I could have ordered myself for $29.98 that is absolutely ridiculous and it took them 15 minutes to install & it cost over $300. For labor! I will never use you again or recommend you. I will be leaving a negative review on Google. The guys were great but your pricing is insane.

The technician was great but the fact that you don't carry parts in your trucks is absurd! 15 days without a fridge because you had to order parts is ridiculous.
