The technician was both professional and extremely technical in replacing parts of the washing machine. The technician was customer service oriented and answered whatever questions we had. The technician communicated from beginning to end,including time of arrival from his prior call.

Technician advised us by phone of his arrival time. (We were his first stop.) He explained briefly what had to be done. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. He was in and out in less than thirty minutes. He was cordial and friendly.

Jahlil was at my house awhile for my Refrigerator. He did a great job. Six weeks ago my standing freezer stopped working. I called for an appointment. It was the end of June that I got the first one. Then I got 4 more. The first one had me sitting home waiting until late when I called and the recoding told me my appointment was cancelled and had to make a new one. That happened 3 more times, same thing. Finally, the 5th one was Monday, July 28. Jahlil arrived in the morning. I told him what happened with my previous 4 appointments and he said a lot of customers have told him the same thing. Jahlil was WONDERFUL. He worked a long time but my freezer is working perfectly. He is a Knowledgeable, Courteous and Caring individual. I would give him 10 stars if I could. My appreciation for him is great because he is outstanding.
