Overall rating

He was there for 40 min total and quickly fixed the oven igniter in 15 min ($90 part). He did a good job. He was pleasant. However, the price was absurd. This should not have costed $440.00 I blame sears. $350 for a guy to replace an igniter. He wasn’t even there for an hour.

Bryan did a good job on the oven, and was very nice. However, the price was exorbitant. On the first day they never showed up and didn't call. They also make it literally impossible to speak to a person at any point in the process. For those reasons I will never use Sears again.

I made an appointment for 8:00-12:30 and took time off from work to be home.8-12:30 came and went and my appointment was pushed back to 2:00. As two o'clock approached my appointment was moved back to 4:00. I tried calling customer service and was only able to talk to an AI Bot that said they understood my frustration but there was nobody I could talk to. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE.

The technician did not wait for the heating system to come up and went away too soon. Our heating system is still not working. He did reslove the issue with the split system

After 3 unsuccessful, or last minute cancellations of sceduled appt. to fix my trash compactor, guy showed up this morning at 9:30. He rang doorbell. We answered him through our intercom. He told us who he was and since he didn’t call in advance or notify us through text that he was on his way, we weren’t dressed yet and my husband told him to go around back to our garage door and he’d put it up remotely. He also told tech the inner door was open. He then GOT IN HIS TRUCK AND DROVE AWAY! 😡😡😡 This operation STINKS!!!!!!!

Juan the technician was very rude to me and my wife and very disrespectful . He was supposed to come and place the over/microwave combo in it’s place and the way it was before he repair the unit few weeks ago but he said he is not responsible to do so and left.

My technician addressed by dryer problem by replacing the thermostat. However the problem has re-occurred again the next day. Though they have a 30 day guarantee for the same issue, its very hard to schedule the appointment. The automated assistant and AI agent are very frustrating and no technician is being assigned for a problem when they re-occur.
