My tech was polite, professional and helpful. Fixed the problem after two other techs sent by Sears misdiagnosis the issue with my washer. So far so good.

Repairman Steve was effective, efficient and thorough. After listening to our complaints about the dishwasher, he examined the appliance, conducted a couple of tests and determined it was out of balance making it unable to make contact when closed, resulting in appliance not working. He adjusted the door, adjusted the legs a had the appliance up and running in short order. Merry Christmas Steve. Thank you!
