The Guy was here a lot earlier then they said he would be .

He explained how to put the knob on the dryer when it arrives in the mail. He said my washer needs a lot of work but I will receive a call in a few day for replacement of washer. He was very nice and professional.

I thought David (and his trainee) was great. I was so glad that he had an ignitor with him and the repairs were done timely and efficiently. The men were pleasant and professional. My only criticism was the outrageous labor cost for the services rendered. $300 for less than 1 hour work was crazy. But it was Thanksgiving and glad the oven works. I have to admit, I may be cautious to use in the future. The cost seems exorbitant.

Mark did a very efficient job of repairing our washer. We usually get good service with scheduling the repairs, but this time, Sears canceled our Mark and no one told us. We waited all day for him to come. Later in the evening when I happened to look at my emails, I saw they canceled it and rescheduled us for Sept 3, a full 2 weeks away. We couldn't deal with the washer the way it was working for another 2 weeks, so I called them and delt with the automated system and was able to reschedule for the next day. I'd like to know who canceled our repair and who decided to schedule us for 2 weeks later, when there was an availability the next day.Very poor service in that department I think.
