Steven was very courteous and helpful. He arrived early, identified and quickly fixed the problem. Should the need arise again, I would like to have him as the repairman again since he has a good command of knowing where the problem lies and how to resolve the problem.

The technician can replace the part. However, we are observing the same issue again. I don't know how many appointments I must schedule to get it repaired.

I was a little skeptical when I found this website and I was able to schedule service 1 day later. But I got ongoing emails and texts. Once the tech arrived he quickly diagnosed the issue, had the part to fix it and give us the pricing. I now have a working oven again. Labor prices are high these days but I would absolutely use Sears again. There's too many service companies out there that don't offer help and quick turnarounds.
