The technician knew exactly what to fix and did the job on the outside condensing unit. Good. But he just left the bad capacitors for me to clean up. Not so good.

David explained to me that my washing machine had two different problems hit at the same time. He fixed one problem first and when there was no improvement I had to call for another visit to fix the second problem. It took a couple of weeks to get back to normal.

He came and was not initially receptive to me as I tried to explain the problem. When he started checking the washer, I also mentioned another concern & then he said I shouldn't tell him things one at a time. I was in the beginning trying to tell him the issues, but he wasn't interested to hear me out. In the end he did give a good explanation of washer condition and what to expect from AHS.
