Felix came in and withen minutes he knew what was wrong with our dryer. He then did some more test to confirm everything else was working properly. He then replaced the belt which he showed me was broken. He was here for about 1 hour and now my 21 year old dryer (😄) runs like it was brand new again.

It really a shame that the technician did everything that he can possibly do to get my unit to work properly and you guys would not allow him to complete his job. In addition, my central air haven't work in five years. I have the ugly windows units, which is so old and antiquated. Shame on you guys. We also never missed a payment to you guys. The time you're taking to replace parts to an old unit, why not replace the darn thing.
