I was originally upset when after waiting all day Tuesday for my appointment, sears canceled at 4:30PM. They rescheduled for Thursday and he showed up earlier then anticipated. I was quite. surprised when he determined it wasn't fixable but he's the professional.

My (adult) son was home when Felix arrived. SEARS must have forgotten to tell Felix that I used the chat in the morning (around 9 AM?) to reschedule my appointment for Wednesday (a day later) requesting he try to come before 2 PM. I realized I could not be home after 2 PM today. Felix came during the 3:00 hour. I am glad that my dryer is no longer making noise and Felix was able to take care of the problem. I'm also glad my son was home, as he had just returned home from a trip shortly before Felix arrived. I'm wondering why my chat communication was ineffective.

I was pleasantly surprised that Jim showed up first thing this morning since I was given the entire day as a window as to when a technician would arrive. Jim was quick, efficient, and informative. He couldn't have been here for more than 20 minutes to replace the fan in my refrigerator. Thanks again Jim!
