the technician arrived on time to diagnose the problem and had the refrigerator repaired. the next day. was very helpful explaining the repair and the issues with the LG manufactured compressor. all the repair work was done for the price quoted with the addition of two refrigerant valves necessary to remove the compressor. this was literally half the price of a local appliance store repair person

Jim was professional and courteous. I didn't know I had to empty the whole refrigerator prior to it being serviced and he was patient in waiting while this was done. Then he performed his diagnostic assessment and informed me what the problem was with the refrigerator and what the cost was within in a reasonable amount of time.
