Technician was Excellent!
Tom, After inspecting the oven and identifying the problem, Tom clearly explained the cost and repair options including the optional home warranty. Because the part was not on his truck, he ran out to get it, returned and repaired the oven. Very polite as well.

Our technician Tom was amazing. He had to come to our home 2 times because one of the parts was defective. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. I can't say enough good things about Tom and Sears. I also like the way they keep you informed about where you are in the appointment line, and that Tom called when he was on his way. Thank you Tom and Sears. I hope nothing else goes wrong with our appliances. If they do I know who we'll be calling. Thank you!

Service Appointment
Tom was very personable and knowledgeable on the appliance that needed repair. Kinda felt bad that he was at the mercy of Choice Home Warranty for approval of the parts and repair that needed to be done. He waited around as long as he could but had to depart before CHW got back to him.
