Robert came on time to repair my refrigerator. Very professional. Says very little. His 2nd time within 1 year to repair the same problem - back of freezer ICES up. Replaced elect. Control board again, under warranty. Frustrating that Sears has not replaced this refrigerator yet. Multiple issues since I have owned it.

Jermaine was polite and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, he was unable to fix my freezer line because he said it was frozen. He did however, offered to try and find a broken utility basket in the refrigerator. He was on time and very professional.

My dishwasher is not level after the repair and the reinstallation, my dishwasher is crooked, and I would like it corrected.
