Tech arrived on time , evaluated issue , diagnosised the problem, on my 2 year old refrigerator & offered various remedies , he was knowledgeable & is very familiar in seeing these over sea's products failing parts with warranties that dont cover anything. I Say Buy American . Thank you Sears for same day service, thats Awesome Service ( to getting some 1 here & I am a builder) 😆
