Robert came on time to repair my refrigerator. Very professional. Says very little. His 2nd time within 1 year to repair the same problem - back of freezer ICES up. Replaced elect. Control board again, under warranty. Frustrating that Sears has not replaced this refrigerator yet. Multiple issues since I have owned it.

Technician knowledgeable and professional. Estimated arrival time is inaccurate, off by more than an hour. I would prefer no arrival time over inaccurate.

Brian was great, he came back when i wasn't home for initial appointment. He explained the situation and gave me good advice. My question is if any repair on my washer would most probably run over $400 and a new unit would cost around $600 why even suggest a service call that cost $160. I paid $160 to be told to buy a new washer. Not Brians fault, the call center spent more time trying to sell me a service plan than asking about my washer. He even described my washers issue on the repair conformation as “ washer not draining”. I never said that. The whole call center system is doesn't work
