Good Day, 1/10 /2025,is the 3rd time the same thing had to be fixed on my mower. I wonder if something might possibly need to be fixed that may be being overlooked. Just sharing my opinion.

My refrigerator is cold but now the light is not turning on in the freezer. It was functioning before th repair guy dismantled it. I paid over $700 for this service that took under an hour and it’s not in proper working order now.

Excellent technician. Informed us of a fire hazard. But 286 dollars for 25 minutes of labor. 388 dollars total to clean lint and change a fuse is why I left 2 stars. For a few hundred dollars more I could have bought a new one. Will not use this service again.

Technician arrived told me exactly what I knew (frozen/blocked drain on refrigerator) then told me it would cost $450. to fix. I spent $150. to get same diagnosis that I knew and no solution. Went on YouTube and fixed myself. I know I should have done this initially, but I didn’t think it would cost $450. to fix blocked drain on a refrigerator.

The tech didnt even bother to look at fridge. He said it was dust clogging the condensor. Well it wasnt the problem. The repairmen is more interested in the service fee

Went through hsa warranty co. First appt they cancelled same day we were expecting the technician. Second appt said could do nothing as could not find model number. Checked with hsa and they said service call was completed. No notes that absolutely nothing was done. Horrible experience!!!!!!

Technician (Kaamil) was unprofessional, unprepared, loud. Slamming doors and yelling on the phone with phone support. Fridge STILL not repaired after 3 weeks

Brian was very vague in expressing what was necessary in order to complete any repairs. He did not state any electric needed to be disconnected from the appliance on that it was to be accessible and removed from the enclosement of the counter and cabinetry.. He was abrupt in cancellation of the appointment and submitted a claim to sears all the parts were installed and the job was done, which it was not. I will not be using him in the future.
