My refrigerator is cold but now the light is not turning on in the freezer. It was functioning before th repair guy dismantled it. I paid over $700 for this service that took under an hour and it’s not in proper working order now.

Excellent technician. Informed us of a fire hazard. But 286 dollars for 25 minutes of labor. 388 dollars total to clean lint and change a fuse is why I left 2 stars. For a few hundred dollars more I could have bought a new one. Will not use this service again.

Your service tech sucks. He came at 4:00pm,put his hand behind the fridge to diagnose,no tester or tools was used then he said he will charge me $1,400 to fix it without telling what’s needed to be done. When I refused his service,he charged me $158. You are a scam. Will never ever use your service again.

Do not waste your time or money. Had an agent come out to check my Samsung dryer that wouldn’t get hot. Didn’t take one screw out. Or look at the dryer. Tells me it’s the heating element. Looks up the cost to repair on his phone. Tells me it’s 750 dollars to repair. I declined service. Still charged me 160 dollars just to tell me something i already knew. Although the agent seemed very knowledgeable I would not recommend sears services to anyone without a warranty. I feel like I got scammed.

Second time back to install 5parts. Originally called because the top and bottom ovens were independently off 50°. tom, the Repair Man was here for 2 1/2 hours and would not stay to double check to make sure that the oven was gonna get up to full temperature. The ovens are still off 25°. Now I got to call them back to come back keeping in mind, they are only available Tuesdays and Fridays and they will not give you anything less than a nine hour availability window. People work and can’t afford to keeping taking off because the repair team has to come back a third time.

A WASTE OF MY TIME. NO WAY TO CONTACT A LIVE PERSON. TECH HAS BEEN TO MY HOUSE THREE TIMES AND ISSUE IS STILL NOT FIXED. THE COMPANY KEEPS TRYING TO GET ME TO RE PAY THE SERVICE FEE EACH TIME THEY COME TO MY HOUSE AND ITS A ONE TIME FEE. THE COMPANY HAS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. OWNER REPLIED BELOW I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLY TO BE TOLSD THEY CAN NOT HELP ME AND THE WEBSOTE IS AI. STILL NO RESOLUTION. ISSUE NOT ADDRESSED AT ALL. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY KEEP YOUR AUTOMATED REPLY.

I had Sears appliance repair come out for my refrigerator as the ice machine stopped working and the touch screen on the front of the door only works intermittently. The technician came out and requested that my husband move the refrigerator out from the wall for him (thankfully he was home today or I would have been out of luck). When the refrigerator was moved out from the wall, there was a fair amount of dust present (as we do not pull out appliances to clean behind them routinely) . The technician said that the dust and debris was likely the cause of our issues and stated that he would clean behind the refrigerator and vacuum out the vent for $100 (on top of the $150 'diagnostic fee' just to come to the house). We declined and stated that we would clean it ourselves but asked how he was going to address the broken ice maker, the obvious leak behind the refrigerator and the broken touch screen. He stated that he would only clean behind the refrigerator and we would have to schedule another time for him to come out to address the other issues. He refused to address any of the reasons we scheduled the service call for. Long story short, he came out to the house, did absolutely nothing, and left with $150 diagnostic fee even though he did nothing to address the issues he was called out for. I attempted to contact customer service with my concerns and found out that you can only talk to an AI answering service. They no longer employ actual people to speak to. I very rarely if ever leave negative reviews. I am just hoping that this will save someone time and money in the future. My advice is just to call a local mom and pop appliance repair company.

Kamil was our repair tech who showed up after the original guys came and hooked up the brand new fridge about 2 months ago. They hooked up the original copper line to the new fridge. We told them the old fridge was leaking from that line. They said it wasn’t the line and it wouldn’t be a problem. It just started leaking again this week and we noticed that the water was tasting funny. We called in the repair tech, Kamil, who took a quick “2 second look” at the back of the fridge, turned to me and said “oh, that’s just cosmetic and I can’t install the new line.” It’s a brand new fridge. We should not have rust on the back of our brand new fridge. Absolutely ridiculous. If you’re reading this, fix the situation.

Terrible. Went to the wrong address with a number that never would have worked. Came the next day and didn’t initially fix. Went back in allegedly fixed it and within a week ice maker doesn’t work and I paid $411. Terrible!!
