Ken was very prompt and informative. I’m disappointed that he was unable to access the repair service history for our address / washer because this is an ongoing issue with my machine. I had to explain to him that the code on our washer was reoccurring and that when sears repaired it in September 2025 - they had to replace a sensor that was getting wet. The serviceman should have access to the repair history. I tried calling customer service to no avail………
