Ken was very prompt and informative. I’m disappointed that he was unable to access the repair service history for our address / washer because this is an ongoing issue with my machine. I had to explain to him that the code on our washer was reoccurring and that when sears repaired it in September 2025 - they had to replace a sensor that was getting wet. The serviceman should have access to the repair history. I tried calling customer service to no avail………

This particular technician.. I'm not saying all of them from Sears appliance repair is like that. But he was very Arrogant with little people skills

I would not recommend this company or technician. Very unprofessional ! Said he would be there between 7:30-9. Finally shows up at 11:15. Told me job was gonna take him 1 1/2 hours , no problem just need my refrigerator fixed. Proceeded to take 30-45 minute break , after I questioned him , he came in and started to work finally finishing Around 2:15 . . And only addressed 1 problem on my refrigerator, my ice maker still doesn’t work ??? So I have to go through this again ???

He told me he couldn't process my check and I'd need to pay a different way. He scanned my check multiple times. When I asked him to show me that the check didnt go through he laughed and said he can't. I gave him a card and later learned my check did go thru. Then I had to deal with getting the refund which was difficult. Will never use them again.

Never showed for a appointment the has been scheduled for a month. Sears emailed me a copy of a repair order with an X on it, saying it was my signature.

If I could do 0 stars I would ... The technician Keith was amazing. The customer service and scheduling at Sears Appliance Repair is dreadful!!!! I WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone. I unfortunately had to use them because of my Homeowner Warranties. I had to have them out here for two different appliances (fridge and Washer) THREE times the canceled on me meaning I had to take an extra 3 days off from work and LOOSE money because of their ridiculous 8 to 5 window. The first time they rescheduled okay it happens, the second time someone called me and told me the tech got stuck on location and wouldn't make it and assured me they would be to my house the following day between 10 and 12. Guess what the technician didn't arrive until 4:30 pm. I tried to call the number and all you get is a automated answering service that you have to go through numerous steps to actually talk to a person. Then they had to order a part (drain hose for the washer) which I could have purchased from HD, so had to wait another week for the part and service. This past Saturday, tech called me and said I was their last stop, of course! The no one ever showed and I didn't even get a phone call. I called them yet again and got the same automated answering service, finally talked to someone and see if whoever schedules if they could make me first since this is the 3rd time I had to reschedule and take an entire day off work... The response I got was, oh we can make a note and request it.... When asked to speak to a supervisor, apparently they don't have one because the woman I talked to kept saying the is the last line of communication. THEY ARE A USELESS COMPANY THAT DOESNT TREAT THEIR CLIENTS WITH REAPECT. They just keep rescheduling with a 8 to 5 window and will NOT help if you need it. Oh, and if you go to the website, it's obvious that the cherry pick the great reviews to leave up there. DO NOT USE THEM if you want to get it done in a timely manner and won't need to take off numerous days from work.

Horrible customer service they couldn’t even get my part so they say that I got in 2 days online took 5 min to find then tech never showed up for appointment I’m out $565 plus a days pay coulda bought new dryer don’t use them save ur time and money
