LG Refrigerator Service
Wayne was very thorough in looking for the root cause to the loud vibration in our LG refrigerator french doors. He listened carefully to the video we had taken, and our description of the problem. He implemented a couple of solutions which we hope will provide a permanent fix! Wayne is a consummate professional and an asset to your company!

While I am not happy with the quality of the GE stove I purchased I am extremely happy with the repair service I received from Tom at A&E service. It's very obvious he is a veteran in the business with a ton of knowledge. He was very polite and took the time to explain everything he was doing. Definitely happy with the repair service.

Problem with our refrigerator . water dispenser. Totally inoperable for at least six months. My wife and I are procrastinators. Enough is enough, so we contacted A& E Factory Service through our warranty program and they were able to get confirmation immediately . We had an appointment in two days and were very fortunate to have Louis show up in the a little after noon.. He was able to take care of our problem within a half hour, no need to order parts. He was very efficient and courteous, not to mention a great sense of humor. No muss, no fuss.

Problem with our oven door. The handle was loose and there was no way to tighten it from the outside.
