Friendly, open and honest, Esaus explained patiently that the problem we thought we were experiencing was actually the normal functioning of the unit due to high humidity. He left us with tips for when to call in the future but greatly reassured us that we had no problem right now.

He was good at work Dear technician should put plastic cover on their shoes so our floors don't get dirty. Otherwise next time we will ask them to take shoe's out before they enter in our house.

Matthew called before arriving and arrived when he said he would. He oiled my elliptical machine, which had been squeaking. He was courteous and I appreciated him putting on booties before walking on my cream- colored carpet. Something, beyond his control, that I have never appreciated is how Sears will not give a 4-hour window of time for service appointments like most companies. You must be home anywhere between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. That's not very customer friendly.
