Dave is the best technician we have ever had. Very knowledgeable and tenacious. We're always happy when we know it's going to be Dave servicing our garden tractor.

Louis did a good job of evaluating our situation. After completing his inspection he informed us that we needed to de-ice the drain line which involves unplugging the refrigerator, opening the doors (freezer and cold box) and let it thaw for 36 hours. Until then the unit will continue to leak water and have problems.
