Thomas who repaired my GE range was courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly evaluated the problem with the broiler and made a very sturdy repair. He kept me informed about his work and was a pleasure to have doing the repair. He went beyond the repair by adjusting the temperate control for the oven. We have been having considerable problem with temperature control since we bought this range He was able to make an adjustment and the temperature in the oven now corresponds to the oven temperature control knob. You should make every effort to retain such knowledgeable employes in your company

David went above and beyond to get my snow-thrower running as smoothly as he possibly could. He also addressed the actuator which was preventing the snow chute from rotating a full 180 degrees. He was great and I'd highly recommend him to anyone who needs any work done on their snow-thrower.
