Zarik was professional and got the job done after almost 5 months of waiting for my dishwasher to be fixed. After many many cancellations and losing time at work and waiting around for a technician to come and being lied to , that my technician had arrived and he missed me (twice!) I was really ready to throw in the towel with your terrible service and then You sent Zarik, and he came when he said he would and he fixed my dishwasher.

My tech is amazing!! I would recommend him to anyone! He trouble shoots, listens to how I cook and use my stove! He tries to the best of his ability! To repair my stove! Robert was great. The problem we had was trying to talk to a live person when the repair man didn't show up on Tues when we had an appointment scheduled. You should have an option on the phone so we could talk to a live person about what the trouble was. It was very infuriating.
